At Angarde, all our models (espadrilles, sneakers and slippers) are imagined with our customers: we ask you twice a year to know the colors, materials, shapes of the new sneakers you would like. Then our new sneakers models are designed in Paris, and the manufacturing is entrusted to a family workshop located in Portugal with which we have been partners for years. All our sneakers are made from vegan materials, mainly recycled and / or upcycled, and sourced in Europe (France, Spain, Portugal and Italy) or in Mexico (for the cactus leather).

How can I take care of my sneakers?

To maintain your vegan sneakers for men, we recommend a hand cleaning with our sneaker shampoo. You must then dry them away from the light. The passage in washing machine is strongly disadvised at the risk of deteriorating the vegetable leather. You can give back whiteness to your sneakers by using a white shoe polish. Finally, don't hesitate to waterproof them regularly with our eco waterproofing to protect them from dust and dirt!

Our men's sneakers are high-end, ultra-comfortable sneakers whose materials have been carefully selected to offer you outstanding quality. Inspired by the world of skateboarding, the After Surf is a simple but elegant model, whose name and distinctive sign, a side wave, recall the commitment of the brand for the protection of the oceans.

An innovative and local know-how

We wanted to create a sneaker with a low environmental impact, paying special attention to alternative eco-responsible and ethical materials.

We have designed vegan sneakers, both in recycled materials, but also in natural and innovative alternative materials like grape "leather". Moreover, they are 100% recyclable. They are created in France by our designers and assembled entirely by hand at our partners in Porto, Portugal. This region is world renowned for the production of high end shoes.

In the long term, our ambition is to repatriate our production in order to create 100% made in France shoes for men.

For the creation of our men's sneakers, we consult with our customers beforehand in order to imagine together the perfect color, the ideal cut and the best comfort for the product. We offer sizes from 40 to 46. Many colors are available: white, black, blue, yellow and khaki. This summer, we even made a collaboration with the artist Claire Prouvost who realized for us a model of sneakers for men, original and colored. This unique and ephemeral creation was a great success!

We currently produce several types of sneakers so that all men can always find the right pair for them.

Our materials are chosen for optimal comfort

Our vegan After Surf sneakers are composed of an anti-odor inner lining that absorbs and absorbs moisture. The insole is memory foam and provides excellent cushioning. It is also removable for easy care. The recycled rubber outsole with Strobel mounting is ultra durable. The upper of our vegan sneakers is made of grape "leather", an innovative and ultra-resistant material, vegan, respectful of the environment.
