What delivery methods are available to me?

For metropolitan France, you can choose a home delivery via Colis Privé (normal delivery), Chronopost (express delivery) or Mondial Relay.


For the Euro zone, as well as for the United Kingdom and Switzerland, via Colissimo (normal delivery), DHL (express delivery) or Mondial Relay.

For the rest of the world
, we offer delivery via DHL (express delivery).

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs vary according to the amount of your order, the carrier selected, and the destination of your package. Delivery is free from 90€ of purchase in France, for a delivery via Mondial Relay. Otherwise :

For metropolitan France, 4€ for a Mondial Relay delivery, 6€ for a normal home delivery, 10€ for an express delivery.

For the Euro zone, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, 6€ for a Mondial Relay delivery, 10€ for a normal home delivery and 20€ for an express delivery.

For the rest of the world, 20€ with Express delivery

What are the delivery times?

For a normal delivery or Mondial Relay, your package will be shipped within 48 hours.

Pour une livraison Express, il sera expédié sous 24h en France métropolitaine, dans le zone Euro, au Royaume-Uni et en Suisse. Pour une livraison monde, l’expédition sera faite sous 48h.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, you can login to your customer area. If, at the time of your purchase, you did not create a customer account and continue as a visitor, you can create an account using the address you gave us when you placed your order, and it will be added to your new account.

My package seems to be lost or stolen. What should I do?

If your package seems to be lost or stolen, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by
email at contact@angarde-shoes.com.
Our team will contact the carrier to launch the necessary procedures.
Remember to specify the number of the Angarde order concerned for a quick processing
of your request!

My package has been returned to the sender. What should I do?

From France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and
Luxembourg we will be able to reship your order for free.

We invite you to contact our Customer Service by email at contact@angarde-
shoes.com confirming your delivery details (name, first name, address, phone number
, email and order number).
We will then send you a confirmation that your request has been taken into account and you will have to
wait a few days to receive your new shipping number from us
- the time we need to receive your returned package and prepare the reshipment.
From other countries, we will unfortunately not be able to reship your order
for free.

How can I be sure that my order has been processed?

When your order is validated, we send you a confirmation email including
the number of your order and the summary of your basket.

I have placed several orders, can I group them together?

Your orders can be grouped together in one package if you placed several
orders in the same day, with the same credit card, and you chose the
same delivery address.
Write to us at contact@angarde-shoes.com with your order numbers
so that we can group them together.
If the total of the two orders reaches the threshold necessary to benefit from a free delivery
, the shipping costs will be fully refunded.

Cancel my order

Once your order is validated, you have one hour to cancel it.
Write to us at contact@angarde-shoes.com with your
order number.
After this time, our teams will not be able to cancel your order.
In this case, we will invite you to return your items once received and then we
will refund you within 15 days once your return package is received at our warehouse.

When collections are launched, it is possible that some pieces are quickly
sold out. However, you can create an alert to be informed of a possible

Return

How long can I return?

You have 30 days to return a product that does not suit you. This period starts from the date of receipt of your package (exception made during the end of the year when orders placed between November 1st and December 20th can be returned until January 15th of the following year).

How long does it take to get my money back after I return?

The refund is made within 15 working days by re-crediting your credit card or your PayPal account after checking the good condition of the item and its packaging.

Are there any return shipping costs?

It depends on your country of delivery:

In France, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium, the return costs are at
charge of Angarde. The forwarding expenses are also in charge of Angarde.

For the euro zone (Except France metropolitan, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium), the expenses of return are chargeable to the customer. The expenses of forwarding are the responsibility of
d'Angarde.


For the rest of the world, the return costs are at the customer's expense. The expenses of forwarding are also with the load of customer.

Under what conditions can I return my product?

Your order must be returned in perfect condition (imprecise inner and outer soles for example), in the original box with cork bag and soles, and within 30 days.

How do I proceed with my return?

To proceed with your return, we invite you to go to the Return an Item page, and click on the "Proceed to Return" button. You will be guided through the process.

Can I return a pre-order?

If you wish to return a product purchased as a pre-order, you have the possibility to reorder the same product at the same price conditions as when you placed the pre-order: we will refund you the difference upon receipt of your returned pair.

Can I make a second return?

Yes, you can send us a second return. In this case, the return costs are at your charge
. We invite you to contact our Customer Service by email at

and the email address that was used to place the order. We can then give you a
QR code to place inside your package and then you can return your package, at your
expenses, to the address of our warehouse that we will indicate.

Angarde brings all its attention to the questions of safety concerning the payment on Internet. Your banking data are transmitted to our server in an encrypted way by the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) and transferred in a totally secured environment to our payment intermediary STRIPE. Under which conditions are Angarde shoes produced?

Your Espadrilles, Mules and Slippers Angarde are assembled in the South East of Spain, by a family business with more than 25 years of know-how in the footwear sector.

Your Angarde sneakers are made in the region of Porto, in the North-East of Portugal, the footwear basin where the biggest luxury brands are produced.

How do I buy my product?

To get your pair of Angarde shoes, you have two options: buy them online, by selecting your size, adding them to your cart and then letting us guide you; or in store, either at our retailers or in our new boutique! Find all our points of sale here.

I can "try before I buy" with Elyn, what is that?

With Elyn, you can order the pairs you want, and only pay for the ones you want to keep. You have 5 days to send us back the ones you don't want to keep, in perfect condition of course!

What is the 2nd life program?

The 2nd life program allows you to recycle all your Angarde pairs, when they reach the end of their life. Fill out this form to send us your request. You will then receive a prepaid slip so that you can return your pair at the end of life. To thank you, we will send you a coupon of -15% to be used on all our collections (excluding pre-orders).

How does the Angarde loyalty program work?

Maintain my Angels

How to maintain my pair of Angarde shoes ?

The Espadrille:
You can wash your pair of espadrilles in cold water, with soap and a nail brush. Models without sequins can also be machine-washed (30° or cold, without spinning).

The Sneaker:
After removing dust with a brush, apply our Sneakers Shampoo. Lather, rinse with clear water, blot gently and leave to air-dry on wooden lasts. We recommend applying a veil of Eco Protect waterproofing to your sneakers to protect them from rain and future stains. When you're not wearing them, store them in a moisture-proof cupboard, secured with wooden straps.

La Mule:
Water-resistant outsole (dries quickly). Upper to be cleaned with cold water, soap and a sponge.

The Slipper:
We use top-of-the-range materials (recycled Italian wool, premium leather, etc.) to make your slippers. So you need to take care of them every day, just as you would a fine cashmere sweater. We advise you to wear them indoors, but not "en babouche", to protect them from moths (they are recycled but natural wool) and to clean them with water and Marseille soap if necessary. If your soles are worn, you'll find replacement wool soles on our site.
