Who are we ?

ANGARDE is a French brand that was created in 2014. It belongs to the FRENCH PALS company which headquarters are located in Paris. For more information, please go to the section “STORY”.


How can I place an order on ?

  1. Click on “E-SHOP” and select the collection that interests you
  2. Click on the model that you like
  3. Once you are on a product page, first select your size and then click on “Add to cart”. Add as many products as you want to your shopping basket.
  4. When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping basket and the select if you rather like to pay via Credit Card or Apple Pay vs Paypal
  5. Log in to your personal account if you already have one, or fill in your personal data (email address and shipping address), and then follow the instructions
  6. This will complete the ordering process. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

How can I pay ?

You can pay with the followings debit/credit cards - VISA / CARTE BLEUE / MASTER CARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS - PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept any other payment method.

Is online payment secured ?

When you place an order on, we guarantee you a fully secured environment. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt your data and transfer them to our bank partner. Your bank details are never kept in memory.


Which country do you ship to ?

We ship to all countries in the world.

How much are the shipping rates ?

We ship free of charge anywhere in domestic country (Metropolitan France) via Colissimo. Otherwise shipping rates are the following:

  • METROPOLITAN FRANCE: Colissimo is free; TNT: 10€
  • DOM Zone 1*: 15€

Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthelemy, Réunion, Guyane, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre & Miquelon

Please be aware that if the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, customs duties will apply. ANGARDE has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

How long will my delivery take place ?

Orders are processed with 48 hours maximum. The delivery times are the followings:

METROPOLITAN FRANCE - D+2 to D+3 working days from the shipping day via COLISSIMO; Next day delivery via TNT if the order is placed before 12 p.m.

FOREIGN COUNTRIES - D+5 for Europe / D+10 to D+15 for the rest of the world from the shipping day

Delivery times are communicated for informational purpose only, they depend on the availability of carriers, arrival of the orders and available stocks.

FRENCH PALS strives to meet the delivery terms, which are indicated at the acceptance of the order, except in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as strikes, frost, fire, storm, flood, without this list is being limiting.

A delay in delivery cannot under any circumstances justify cancellation of the order, nor can it give rise to penalties or compensation of any kind.

How to track my order ?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail indicating you with your tracking number, and you will then be able to track your order.

I have not received my order... What can I do ?

If you are not home when the carrier tries to deliver the parcel, you will get a “delivery notice” in your mailbox. This notice will tell you when the carrier will try to deliver the parcel again or in which office the parcel is available.

Sometimes, it happens that the carrier doesn’t let any delivery notice. This is why we advise you to check regularly the status of your shipment using your tracking number. If you can't find your tracking number, you can send us a request at


How to return ?

FRENCH PALS allows you 14 days provided in Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code to return the product if you are not satisfied, with no penalty, except the return postage. This period starts from the date your package is delivered.

To return your order, please :

  1. Make a request through the contact form
  2. Resend the shoes in their original transport carton box, or a new transport carton box, along with the needed informations for refund : Name, surname, address, phone number, email, order number and name/size of the pair that you return
  3. Please send back the package within fourteen (14) days after package receipt to the following address:

After that period, products delivered will be deemed compliant and accepted by the Customer and FRENCH PALS reserves the right to refuse an exchange, to give a credit or to refund.

The package may be returned with the carrier of your choice. It is strongly recommended that the merchandise be returned via registered post, and that you purchase, if necessary, insurance with the carrier for the market value of the products to protect yourself against loss or damage.

We do not accept packages for which the payment of the shipment must be paid by the recipient.

This right to return the goods will only be accepted for products returned in a condition where they can be re-sold by FRENCH PALS (i.e. clean shoes box without label, unused pairs of shoes along with their accessories, tag etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted.

We will issue your refund within 14 business days of receipt of your return after we checked the good conditions of the items and their packaging.

Can I exchange my order ?

We don’t do exchanges but only refunds.

If you wish to get the item you order in a different size, you have to send us back the item that doesn’t suit and order the new item. 


How to choose my correct size ?

ANGARDE sizes differently given its models. Please refer to the model you want to purchase on the Eshop page.

How to protect / clean my ANGARDE shoes ?

We advise you to use water repellant products first and then clean them with cold water, a sponge and some natural soap except for models in leather or suede.

Where are ANGARDE shoes manufactured ?

They are designed in Paris and produced in Spain.
