Delivery
For a delivery in France, you can choose a delivery in Mondial Relay point (4€), at home via Colis Privé (6€), or an express delivery Chronopost (10€). Delivery is free in a Mondial Relay point from 90€ of purchase.
For the Euro zone, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, have your order delivered in a Mondial Relay point (6€), at home via Colissimo (10€), or express delivery via DHL (20€).
Pour le reste du monde, nous vous proposons une livraison express via DHL (20€).
Retour
Vous avez 30 jours pour nous la renvoyer gratuitement depuis la France métropolitaine, la Belgique ou le Luxembourg. Nous prenons en charge les retours pour remboursement ou pour échange (le premier uniquement).
Votre commande doit être retournée en parfait état (semelles intérieures et extérieures nickelles par ex), dans la boite d’origine avec pochon et semelles en liège. Petit plus pour les parisiens, un service de coursier est disponible !
Mettez bien # devant votre numéro de commande.
Et si vous souhaitez les semelles en liège dans une autre pointure, pensez bien à en faire la demande sur l’app et à nous les retourner !
Attention, après émission du bordereau de retour, vous avez une semaine pour déposer votre colis.

How long can I return?

You have 30 days to return a product that does not suit you. This period starts from the date of receipt of your package (exception made during the end of the year when orders placed between November 1 and December 20 can be returned until January 15 of the following year).
How long does it take to get my money back after I return?

The refund is made within 15 working days by re-crediting your credit card or your PayPal account after checking the good condition of the item and its packaging.

It depends on your country of delivery:
In France, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium, the return costs are at
charge of Angarde. The forwarding expenses are also in charge of Angarde.
For the euro zone (Except France metropolitan, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium), the expenses of return are chargeable to the customer. The expenses of forwarding are the responsibility of
d'Angarde.
For the rest of the world, the costs
of return are charged to the customer. The expenses of forwarding are also with the load of customer.
Under what conditions can I return my product?

Your order must be returned in perfect condition (e.g., nickel-plated inner and outer soles), in the original box with cork bag and soles, and within 30 days.
Can I return a pre-order?

If you wish to return a product purchased as a pre-order, you have the possibility to reorder the same product at the same price conditions as when you placed the pre-order: we will refund you the difference upon receipt of your returned pair.
